We do not accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Buyer pays return shipping on all returns.
I do not offer refunds of any sort due to an item marked "IN TRANSIT" by the USPS. With these unprecedented times of COVID-19 all shipping companies are experiencing delays and backlogs. Our shop is not responsible for their shipping delays. You will receive tracking info once the shipping label is created. Once an item is taken into USPS possession, you will need to contact the USPS for tracking info or questions or concerns you have.
If you receive an item that got damaged in shipping, please contact us and provide pictures of item, damage, and packaging. You can open a damaged goods claim with USPS, or we can open a claim with USPS by visiting USPS.com. Once they review the claim you will need to present the damaged item at your local post office within 10 days of the authorized claim from USPS in order for them to refund you your total. This process is usually done by them in approx. 20 to 30 days.
We do not accept returns on custom orders or special wedding /bridal sashes.
We will accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your item. Buyer pays return postage and must include a tracking number. Once we receive the returned item, we will credit your original form of payment (less original shipping and return postage)
Any EXTRA CHARGES or FEES THAT YOUR COUNTRY MAY CHARGE AT TIME OF DELIVERY IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
Some countries apply an extra import charge- the buyer is responsible for this charge.
Depending on the item you are ordering, there is a turnaround time regarding the shipping. Most of my shop's items are made to order, so you have to have in mind that depending on size of order and type, will be the shipping time. If the item is in stock ready to be shipped, it will take 3 to 5 business days for final destination, in some cases it may take longer, but it is not usual. If the order is placed on a weekend, the item or items will be shipped on the next business day.

We accept Credit Card, and Paypal payments. Any sales that occur in PA will incur the 6% sales tax due at checkout.
